Aftonbladet, Sweden's most visited news source, has launched a new service in 2012 collecting tips from readers. During the project, we transformed Jira into an editorial system for administering incoming tips from multiple channels: mobile & web apps, sms/mms, email. The biggest challenge was to adapt the user interface to become more streamlined for the specific needs of editors, giving editors a quick overview of relevant information and the ability to perform common actions quickly.
