PERSONAL STATEMENT I am 47-year-old Finnish AV desinger with a wide experience of customer service and
marketing and very eager to work abroad.
In 1991I graduated from tTampere Business School. My studies included subjects like
accounting, marketing, communications and information management, ADP and
computing.
I am a career changer and have lately worked to get closer my dream work in a creativity
business as a graphic designer or as an visual artist. I am studying in Tampere adult
education center to reach the further qualification in audiovisual communication. I have
updated my knowledge of Adobe creative tools.My goal is to work in an advertising agency
or generally in communication and marketing business and I am definitely interested in
working abroad.
I have worked in different work environment in restaurants and bars. Currently I´m hosting
karaoke events and pub quizzes I am used to dynamic working environment where
situations might change fast. I am very comfortable creating the relations with new people. I
follow time and trends. I am eager to learn new. I love challenges.
I ´m keen on new modern technology and all those tools that has been created to make
world one! I truly see myself working abroad using my audiovisual skills. I am passionate,
intuitive, ambitious dream catcher, compassionate,lively and energetic person who wants
to see world and travel. I am not afraid to jump into a new culture or new country.

I work daily with several internet publishing and social media sites: I have my own websites
www.baciarte.com, I am very active user of Facebook and I am in Twitter. I have also started in
Pinterest and started hosting my Instagram account. Tumbler is my minor blog of photography and my
ifestyle. My main job has been marketing my skills and my personality in different medias. Several
weeks ago I started working with my own project by planning and developing my own websites. I am
actively working with branding and marketing and also meeting people outside online status in live. I
am studying, exploring, I am creating and keeping up the connections but also seeking for the
opportunities. I update daily the sites where I am working and bringing out my happy, cheerful
personality to increase the business and creating new contacts. I love to be in the crowd, I love to
entertain - that´s one reason why I am working also as a part-time KJ! My positive attitude makes me

Communication skills My communication skills are fluent in Finnish and in English and based on my former work as a
customer servant in the hospitality business in the bars and the restaurants. I have also had friends
