I have a 37-year career inresearchanddevelopment, design,fabrication,andoperations.Thisenabled
the acquisitionof extensive experience inthe designandfabricationof pilotplants,constructionof pilot
and labfacilities. Duringmytenure atConocoI had several patentsandtrade secretstomy credit. I
was extensivelyengagedforthe previous 8yearsin the design,engineering, procurement, and
fabricationof small scale pilotskids. Iwas alwayslookedupontotake the leadrole of anyof the
projectsthatI was assignedto.

Career History
November2015 to July 2016: Encompass Technical Design
 Developed I&EdrawingsforChaparral CO2 compressorstation expansionin forthe North
BurbankField. Thisstartedfromthe incoming13200 v powerto the instrumentationdrawings
and conduitandcable tray routing.
 Redraw and reviewof redline P&ID’sforaprojectwithanotherrefinery.
2008 to 2015: Continental Technologies,Performedthe roll ofProject Manager and Project
Coordinator on several projects
 2014: Lead forthe I&E ona 2m dollarpilotfacilityforamajorintegratedoil company. Including
incorporatingthe use of smart pid’susingAutoCad2010
 2013: ProjectManager ona 1.8m dollarslabfacilityrelocation,rebuildandinstallationproject. I
was alsothe leadonputtingtogetherseveral bidproposalsforContinental Technologies
 2012: Ledthe shopfabricationof twoprojectsof a total value of 4m dollars. Thisincluded
mechanical,instrumentation,andelectrical. Iwas the ProjectCoordinatorforthe installation
phase forthese projects.

2.  2011: ProjectManager for the fabrication,installationandstartupof a small scale alternative
pilotplant. Thisunitiscurrentlyrunningandisplannedtogo commercial.
 2010: ProjectCoordinatorforthe designandfabricationof a 3/4m hydrogenmembrane test
unit.
 2008/2009: ProjectCoordinatorforthe fabricationof a small scale catalystdevelopmentfacility.
Responsible forthe ontime andsuccessful onsite installationof the unit. Furtherprovidedto
the customerassistance forstartupand operations.
