3. BACKGROUND
Black and White Event Planners was opened on 1 August 2008. Initially we focussed on smaller
functions, renting of décor and fancy dress costumes.
We have expanded very fast…small functions became big functions, the costumes made way for
corporate functions, launches, team buildings, festivals, fashion shows, expo’s and many more!.
After 6 years in the industry we are proud to say that we are a well known and respected brand in
Bloemfontein and that we have build our client base enormously by word of mouth.

smoothly from the marketing, appointment, quotation, confirmation,
planning, organising, set-up, clean up and after function services.
