the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire HPM Networks (www.hpmnetworks.com). The
merged company will continue to serve customers as a global leader in cloud business and
integrated IT services and solutions for enterprise clients.
The agreement combines the strengths of CANCOM and HPM Networks by leveraging CANCOM’s
global networks and financial and technical resources with HPM Networks strengths as one of the
top Solution Providers in North America. Together, the power of the two brings industry experience
and expertise to deliver un-paralleled IT cloud services to provide their customers with game
changing solutions.
HPM Networks seasoned management team, led by Founder and CEO, Romi Randhawa and
Executive Vice-President, Charles Miano have established the best of breed IT solutions partner in
the North America. CANCOM will retain all shareholders, including Mr. Miano. Romi Randhawa will
continue to lead US operations. He has been an established industry leader recognized in the IT
