immediate corrective action plan
There has been lot of confusion in setting up the guidelines for operating a
dealership which may be for any product in a particular market. I based on my
experience over the years have designed a matrix which may help in setting up
immediate action plan.
Parameters discussed below are easily controllable factors ignoring all macro
level issues which might create problems. Like for an example location of a dealer
or accessibility to a particular dealer may be a problem leading to low walkin’s but
it’s not an easily controllable factor and need huge investments.
Similarly there can be lot of other factors which might not be covered in my matrix
but can be discussed later (If req – on req). For a level of understand product
quality is kept as constant.
