Show rules and regulations
 Maintaining the “Safety and Integrity” of the show is the highest priority.
 Exhibitor’s Registration number must be clearly displayed on the show vehicle (cars – drivers side front window,
motorcycles – front of bike). Exhibitors will receive registration number upon check-in.
 All vehicles must be in Spates Community Club parking lot by 10:30 AM. The parking lot will open at 8:00 AM to start
displaying vehicles.
 No loud music is allowed from the exhibitor’s display area. Any display of questionable music, videos, art or other media is
not permitted and will be removed from show.
 Participants should ensure that lights, signals, brakes, horns, vehicle is able to start, sound systems, etc. are operational for
judging.
 Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their display area is clean prior to leaving at the end of the show
 Judges decisions are final.

 8:00 AM Parking lot opens
 10:30 AM All show vehicles must be in Spates parking lot
 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM Show area open for viewing
 3:00 PM Awards ceremony
 3:30 PM Vehicle move out commences
