 INNOVATION FILTER SYSTEMS (P) LTD. is established in 1999, by
experts in the field of filteration systems & environmental engineering.
The company focuses on machine tool related cooling mediums
filtration such as Emulsified Coolant, Deionised water, Kerosene,
Diesel, White Spirit, EDM-oil, Neat cutting oil, Honing oil etc. The
objective of the company is to produce systems which are eco-friendly
and without consumable cost of filtration media.
 Filtration Systems are neglected area compared to machine tool
advancements, accuracies, tool life etc. It is now recognized that
filtration plays major role in job accuracies, surface finish, close
tolerance, longer machine bed & spindle life. Moreover conventional
filtration systems use disposable paper filter, which are not eco-friendly.
We at IFS are producing specialized systems which are not
only user friendly but are helping industry in consumable disposal
problems.
 The company incepted in 1999, Innovation Filter System Pvt. Ltd. is
based in Pune in the state of Maharashtra, India.

3. Self Cleaning Filter System
Self Cleaning Filter Systems are designed for
a wide variety of liquid process applications.
The filter system consists of a cylindrical,
cleanable wedge wire which rotates against a
stationery cleaning knife causing particles
larger than the opening to be retained and
eventually scraped off the element.

No need for disposable filter cartridges
thereby reducing the cost of replacement
elements, change-out labor, and downtime
No Operator exposure, hence no health
hazards

4. Magnetic Separator System
A magnetic drum with close dense
magnetic field is assembled on non-magnetic
SS shaft. Magnetic pole shoes are
projected out to form “fins”, for better
magnetic field alignment around the drum.
The drum is rotated very slowly by a
geared motor drive.

Capacity range- 50 liters per minute
to 1000 liters per minute

earth magnets

5. Compact Band Filter System
 The Compact band Filter is an upgraded
version of regular Paper band filter where
the consumption of paper is very high and
Very low degree of Filtration Efficiency. The
principle of our filter is by “Gravity +
Hydrostatic Head” which together offers the
required pressure for the fluid to pass
through the filter media.

between 100 liters per minute to 1000

6. Bag Filter System
 Bag filtration systems developed all
over the world by Industry leaders such
as Eaton (Hayword Industries), Parker
and many others.
 Bag Filter mainly comprises:
Filter Housing
Disposable bags
Filter Housing are developed over
no. of years of expertise, leading to
leakproof performance by locating
the bag snap ring, properly. The
housings are generally in stainless
steel material like AISI 304, AISI 316
to cater for various applications.

7. Thermal Coalescer
 Thermal Oil Coalescer is the
latest product developed by us.
This Coalescer has heating
arrangement and insulated
body to avoid heat losses of
solution. This can separate oil
from solutions upto 90 deg C.
 This product consists of
heaters with temperature
sensor and controller and FRP
strips mounted at an angle to
facilitate oil removal.

8. Centrifuge System
 Centrifuge is widely used to remove very
fine particles from a Liquid-Solid
combination, by using centrifugal farce
developed by rotating drum at high speed.
 Specifications:
Rotor assembly with Robust Angular
contact ball bearings & deep groove ball
bearings.
 Aluminum graded drum with Buna N
rubber inner ring driven by 2HP 4 pole
motor through belt drive.
0.5 HP centrifugal pump will pump
dirty liquid to the Centrifuge & output
of Centrifuge flows by gravity back to
dirty tank.

9. Micropure Filter System
 Edge Filtration technique
was initially used to clean
transformer oil, by the
Industry.
 Advancements in paper
technology with additives to
strengthen the disc life has
enabled the industry to use
this technique for machine
tool applications.

10. Crystal Filter
 Sand filtration is in use
since ancient time, however it
was not given enough thought
in the past. Since second half
of 20th century, high rate sand
filtration technology was
developed world over with
under drain system to match
high flow rates.
