Renewable energy technologies play a highly important role in combating climate change and an
increasing number of UK businesses, local authorities, private and public organisations, and house
owners are now recognising the viability and benefits of having solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on their
homes, commercial buildings, car parks and open ground areas.
Not only does the installation and maintenance of solar systems create new jobs in the local areas, but a
well thought out solar PV approach enhances the image of the organisations and businesses adapting to
its usage, by reducing both their electricity costs and carbon emissions at the same time.
Solar (PV) systems were once considered to be very expensive, but with the introduction of generous
Feed In Tariffs (FIT’s) to the UK, it is now possible to install commercial scale PV systems free of charge,
with ALL costs provided by our third party investors.
As independent companies specialising in the area of renewable energy and environmental protection,
i-BuildEco Solar will provide advice, products and support to private and public bodies and local
authorities.
We will help you to equip your unused roofs and open un-shaded areas of land with photovoltaic systems.
The project management, construction and commissioning of the system is provided to you entirely free
of charge.
We focus on the quality of our products and whenever possible we use modules for our photovoltaic
systems that are produced in the EU. In addition we preferably commission local MCS-certified
companies for the installation and maintenance of our systems.
Which areas are best suited to using PV systems? All areas on roofs are potential sites for PV. South
Facing Un-shaded roof surfaces, car parks or open ground areas of 500 m² or more are best suitable for
the operation of a solar PV system. It doesn’t matter whether your roof is a school or administrative
building, a residential unit, a warehouse or an office.
How can it be free? Our investor’s cover the whole of the surveying, planning, project management, and
equipment supply and installation costs, in return they receive the Government backed Feed in Tariffs
while you enjoy free electricity for the next 25 years! Or a guaranteed 25 year rental income!
We are happy to examine the solar energy potential of your unused roof space and at absolutely no cost
to you. The analysis report will provide you with information about the total usable area, the suitability of
the surface for PV solar energy, the energy potential and the possible CO2 savings.
