Drama Reflection 4  16th Mar 2010<br />Skills<br />I learned a skill about how to supervise kids effectively. They pestered Laura and I to do games again and again. Therefore, I said, quot;
If you guys practice the performance well, we will play games!quot;
 The kids then amazingly concentrated on the practice! I learned that kids become weak at their wishes.<br />Significant Moments<br />I saw that Justus was looking at Taichi and Hyo Sik's group, because they played a lot of games. Thus, I felt that kids needed to have a fun for a short time. At the moment, I saw a rope hanging on Justus' shoulder. I then thought one game that I played using rope when I was young. It was very easy and interesting, so kids loved it! As a result, it gave them a chance to take a rest.<br />Problems / Questions<br />There was a problem about Justus. Laura and I reduced the time to play warm-up games for a wonderful performance, but it didn't mean that we spent whole time to work on our performance. However, Justus sometimes didn't concentrate on our practice. I understood that he felt boring, because we did repeat same performance again and again. However, I knew the performance was close, so I was not sure about what I should do.<br />Influence of Research<br />I got advice from my mom about how to supervise a group of kids effectively. I had the difficulty to control them today. I could control one by one if I got one kid, however, kids were actually in a group. My mom had been taken care of three kids including me, so I thought she could help me. She told that kids controlled me if I worried about playing games or not. She said that I knew kids needed to practice, and I had to follow my decision. This was because kids were immature to 인식하다 situation. I got great advice from her and I would instruct them with my decision, but I would accept kids’ opinion also!<br />
