Outlook for January
For December 2013, the Manhattan Beach residential real estate market performed as expected with
trending decreases in total sales, median sales price, and the number of listings. On a more positive
note, however, improvements were recorded for median days to sell, sales/listing ratio, and the inventory
turnover rates.
Projections for the New Year are encouraging given a fairly steady interest in buyer and seller activity
and because the cost to borrower money remains at historically low levels. For questions concerning

Outlook for January For December 2013, the Manhattan Beach residential real estate market performed as expected with trending decreases in total sales, median sales price, and the number of listings. On a more positive note, however, improvements were recorded for median days to sell, sales/listing ratio, and the inventory turnover rates. Projections for the New Year are encouraging given a fairly steady interest in buyer and seller activity and because the cost to borrower money remains at historically low levels.
