For example, data measures trending positive include total sales, which bummed up by more than 181%, the market median sales price, which climbed an additional $394K, and the sales/listing ratio, which almost tripled. Year-over-year comparison statistics reveal similar results, with the most critical information supporting rumors the market is definitely improving. So, what should you expect for May? Well, since the last three months have proven rather reassuring it is rational to assume this trending behavior will continue. With that in mind, home owners wishing to sell their properties should get their affairs in order and soon because summer is almost here and, historically speaking, real estate activity during this season almost always picks up.
