Dress Code With the exception of shoes, students are expected to follow the Highlands County Dress Code, provided in the Code of Conduct, for the 2011-2012 school year. ย ย SHOES: Closed shoes are required for all students, ex: sneakers or tie shoes. Clogs, skate shoes, sandals, flip flops and high heels are not to be worn.
