At SIAL Canada (held in Mtl this year), we met first time and long time exhibitors, but also store managers, raw materials suppliers, and other food producers or processors that attended.
Here's the pictures we took for you.
4. Booth 2504: a great team to meet
Did you know that

5. Chef Bombay comes back strong at SIAL Canada after
rebranding. We tasted 2 out of their 4 delicious frozen
ready-to-eat meals.
6. Cucina & Amore: a tasty, ready-to-eat, room temperature
quinoa meal sold in a well-designed packaging.
7. This PEI company made the tastiest smoked salmon we tried.
A special mention to the Maple & pepper smoked salmon.
We appreciated the bigger than 80g format.
8. An excellent display and a great idea. We tried baking the
mugcakes ourselves in the microwave.
However, not exactly the result we were hoping for.
9. Sarah Cole, a new comer in the Quebec cider
industry. Appealing display. Tasty ciders.
11. We met with many women entrepreneurs from various
Canadian provinces. They bring a fresh perspective to
the food industry.
12. In those 3 days, we visited over 100 booths and tried so
many products that we are short of space to review
them all.

13. Being Food Marketing Professionals,
we ought to be listening to the market
up and down stream.
At SIAL Canada (held in Mtl this year),
we met first time and long time
exhibitors, but also store managers,
raw materials suppliers, and other
food producers or processors that
attended.
So from year to year, we witness the
evolution of many SIAL exhibitors
where some improve in their sales
approach while others stand still.
One thing remains true, these trade
shows are made to create networks to
fulfill immediate or longer term needs
