they’re rich in polyphenols (which help break down the
sulfur compounds in garlic), apples are great for fighting off
that strong garlic breath.

 Spinach also contains polyphenols and it also happens to taste
great with garlic.The next time you make a dish using garlic,
try adding a touch of spinach.You’ll have better breath, and
you’ll be healthier for it.

 Cherries help remove the smell of methyl mercaptan, which
is an odorous gas released by mouth bacteria. If you’ve got
