This is the stuff we should have learned in school.
Attraction: Maybe you want more responsibility or work life balance. This is what you want in your life. What are you actually getting?
Thinking: Do you think you SHOULD get that project leader opportunity versus Do you think you CAN be a project leader.
Supply: As humans our drive is to grow, we should not be satisfied with how things are. They can always be improved. Costs can be cut, a better, easier process can be developed.
Forgiveness: Tricky one. If you have lost out on an opportunity before then you could still carry some anger and resentment TOWARDS yourself, which will subconsciously prevent you from receiving that opportunity now.
Sacrifice has a negative energy associated with it. We sacrifice room for a chair or a desk. Sacrifice does not have to be a trial, once you recognise your already sacrificing, we tend to realise we sacrife too much and its good to get this in balance.
Compensation: You will be compensated for what you put in towards your personal development, better relationships inside and outside work. Its not always about money. If it is then something else is out of balance.
Receiving: It is as important to be able to process praise as it is to process constructive criticism. Good flows to you and through you.
Increase: Bang your toe in the morning & everything goes downhill from there!! You perceive luck as opposed to flow.
Non-resistance: Let it flow & let it go (Bob Proctor). The more you resist doing something, the bigger that something gets in your head, it niggles at you keeping you aware at night. Just because the outcome was negative in the past is no barometer for the future – unless you think it is!
Obedience: If you decide to go for the project leader opportunity & then despise the sacrifice in terms of time, you have not prepared for the opportunity. Preparing for the opportunity would lead you to recognising the time sacrifice, asking (attraction) & receiving support from the resource supply & do all this without thoughts of ‘I should be able to do this on my own”. Its not the people who know how everything is done that are managers, it’s the people who know how to get things done, using the resources at their disposal.
Success: Your success is not dependant on someone else’s loss. Recognise there is enough opportunities for all that want them. Your success may not be economic, it may be adjustments made to your work life that gives you more quality time with your family.
Giving: Look to the managers you respect for evidence of this principle. The ones who give time, knowledge, resources effortlessly and fearlessly.
