Maintenance Co-ordinator
Duties include working within a team of four admin staff on a live helpdesk. We have to deal with reactive
maintenance callouts for our clients with a two hour response time. We plan PPM visits for the maintaining
of the client’s equipment on site all through the year. There are boiler checks and gas safety certificates to
arrange. We also plan and arrange for sub contractor s to attendance sites and carry out emergency and
planned works. We provide quotes for the clients. Organise purchase orders for goods to go to site. We
close works down that need invoicing. Provide clients with monthly reports and any feedback forms and
reports. Manage an out of hours call out system.

Duties include providing all the admin for three Project Managers across Europe. The company supplies MRI
Shielding to the medical sector and RF Shielding for test and measurement projects. The French Project
Manager is in our Paris office, the German Project Manager is in our Munich office and the UK Project
Manager is here in the UK offices. The company has a production site in Finland to which I have visited
twice. I deal with customer orders, purchase orders, invoice milestones, daily email communications,
logistics and tracking and the weekly reporting on project progress. I also arrange travel and oversee that the
installers that we use have the correct documentation.

Duties include arranging access for approx. 30 engineers on a daily basis to visit sites in the south of England

access and this ranges from making a phone call to a farmer, to filling in an online access form for high

liaise daily with the engineers to help with directions and access updates. There is a lot of communicating
