Introduction

•   Bharti Foundation
    – Bharti Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Bharti Group Companies.
    – The prime objective is to bridge the existing education divide and make quality education
      accessible to underprivileged children in rural India.
    – The Foundation aims to help underprivileged children and young people of our country realize
      their potential.

•   Satya Bharti School Program
    – The Satya Bharti School Program is the flagship program of Bharti Foundation.
    – It aims to deliver free quality education to underprivileged children, with special focus on the
      girl child across rural India.
    – Present Operational Status:
         • Number of Schools Operational:               254
         • States of Operation:                        West Bengal, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar
                                                       Pradesh & Tamil Nadu
         • Number of Students Enrolled:                Over 38,000
About the Community

• Geographical Location :In JAIPUR district north side 37 km ahead on
  NH 11-C situated BANIYAWALA village. There BHARTI
  FOUNDATION is running SATYA BHARTI schools in amber block .
  our school SBGPS Baniyawala situated 4 km . ahead from ACHROL.

• Cultural Background: Our school community members are mostly
  belong to ST cast. Their economical & educational status is so poor.
  They take simple costumes. Males wear dhoti, kurta & pagdi and
  females wear lahngha choli & chunri. Their food is bajra mostly.
  People make dal bati churma at any occasion. Mostly people involve in
  agriculture, labor and keep domestic animals.

• Role of Satya Bharti School in the Village: SATYA BHARTI school is
  a role model school in our village because we gives quality education
  and prepare to every child for life .they learn art of living and “how can
  we phase struggle?”
We ‘Felt’:




Childrens seen the misuse of electricity
 within their own houses.
Water is also mis used by the villagers at
 very large level
We ‘Imagined’:


   - The use of electricity and saving the
   electricity for our future.
   - saving will also reflect on consumption of
   water and trees.
   It will also help to cool our environment
We ‘Did’:
We organized a rally and show some
  posters of save water & electricty.
We conduct a drama in the middle
  centre of community
Some students and teachers went to at
  the work place.
After that students call parents &
  community members and realized
  importance of water & electricity.
We tell the effect of Water & electricity
  by painting, competition, poster
  making, puppet show, drama and
  through rally.
Impact on Community:
  • Accepted the
    importance of water &
    electricity by
    community
  • PLEDGE TO SAVE
     WATER & electricty
Impact on Us:

  • The problem is very hard but not impossible we
    have confidence and strength that we can do
    everything.
  • We always ready for any challenge . we believe
    us that we can do everything because nothing is
    impossible.
  • We can face any problem too easily and give best
    efforts for our children.
Experience of Community Members & Teachers:

• Save electricity for our future.
  Childrens of our school.
• Bijli ki bachat bijli main badhat. Mr.

• We will use the water of our wells in
  a appropriate way and not waste them
