3. MEETING WITH THE GROUP
1. As it was announced in Jamatkhana by
YOUTH BOARD about a program called
DESIGN FOR CHANGE, made us think
about it.
2. After Jamatkhana we had a meeting with
the YOUTH BOARD
members, introduced us about this
program. Hearing this we formed a group
and started to share our thoughts.
3. From all the topics the topic which was
selected was an issue on ‘ROADS’.
5. DISCUSSION WITH THE GROUP REGARDING THE ISSUE
1. Once our letter was ready we started imaginating
about the condition of the roads.
2. We all sat together and discussed about a solution to
this issue.

6. WHOM TO APPROACH
Finally we got the photos.
Now we met with the group and discussed that who is
the person who will solve our issues.
Finally we decided that we will take a help from our
seniors.
We met our chairman S.P MAKNOJIA and secretary
NAUSHAD MAKNOJIA. They guided us to meet
CHANGEZ MULTANI.
7. CHANGEZ MULTANI.
Changez Multani is the municipal co-operator of Ward
no.53
Ward no.53 includes Jogeshwari.
People come to him with their public issues.
9. Meeting With The Assistants
1. As we reached in the office we couldn’t find
changez sir so we discussed with the
assistants.
2. We shared the issues faced by the
people, by hearing this they were happy that
there are people who care about the roads so
they told us that the work has started at
some places, as the weather was not good
they had to stop the work immediately.
3. They promised us that they will fix a
meeting with changez sir and approved our
letter.
10. SATISFACTION AFTER FIRST MEETING
1. When the meeting was successfully completed we
got a satisfaction after hearing that the roads were
getting repair.
2. They also said us that because of this monsoon
season they filled the roads with stones rather than
cement, after this season they will repair the roads
completely .
11. FINAL MEETING
1. Finally the day arrived to meet sir.
2. We all were excited that we are going to meet a
political person.
3. We bought a bouquet for him. As we reached there
he was standing to welcome us.We were happy but
nervous too.
4. We discussed with him the problems faced by the
people of ward no 53.
5. He was happy that we took a step forward to bring
changes in the surroundings.
6. He explained us that the work was started and will
be continued.
7. He has promised the people that he will repair the
roads
12. CONCLUSION
1. Though we faced many problems we still
enjoyed the program.
2. Our aim was fulfilled as “HARDWORKS
BRINGS SUCCESS”.
3. As we see the works going on we feel proud
on ourselves that we took a step forward for
improvement.
