John Baxevanidis speeding ticket
1) On the day of the event (date unknown) Mr Baxevanidis drove his mother to Heathrow airport to catch a flight to Athens. 2) On his return he was aware that he had been photographed at speed, in the office on Monday he boasted 115 mph 3) Later the company was issued a summons for speeding as the car was registered in Atworth 4) Mr Baxevanidis requested or viewed the photographic evidence and saw that he was not recognisable as the driver. 5) Who he alleged was driving is not known, all he said was he had declared a company visitor had borrowed the car. 6) The company was fined £600 Mr Baxevanidis attended court in Swindon on the companies behalf 7) Mr Baxevanidis stated “Christophe (Mr Torres) had said do what you like as long as you (Mr Baxevanidis) personally pay the fine” Baxevanidis John 28 IMPASSE JEROME CABUT 26500 BOURG LÈS VALENCE
