The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors ("Committee") appointed in the above
captioned, Chapter 11 bankruptcy case of Cordillera Golf Club, LLC ("Debtor"), by and through
its (proposed) undersigned counsel, hereby files this notice of the Committee's Witness and
Exhibit List in Connection with the Hearing on Motions Seeking the entry of an Order
Transferring the Venue of this Bankruptcy Case (this "Witness and Exhibit List"), scheduled to
be held by the Court on July 16, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. (EDT) ("Hearing") before the Honorable
