The ability to launch and play multiple file types directly from an individual
development plan allowing users faster access to training. This feature also
facilitates training and development for organizations that do not use a learning
management system (LMS) and want rapid support for ad-hoc training.
Many system and security enhancements include greater flexibility in assigning
system access privileges, more user-friendly competency model manipulation and
greater flexibility in customizing the interface.
