Power has shifted to the consumer, forever. For the past decade I’ve focused on marketing and service tech innovation - helping brands evolve and thrive in a changing digital ecosystem. My roots are in financial services, leading web and mobile projects to enhance the customer experience. This includes a web revamp and nationwide campaign at Fidelity Investments for a $2B annuity launch, as well as; new mobile offerings and partnerships for the American Express Centurion Card, a.k.a. “The Black Card”. My 'eureka!' moment… having consulted dozens of the Fortune 500 on digital strategy, the role of social media became increasingly critical to serve, grow and compete. To remain compet
