OPEN LAB QUALITY AND CONSISTENCY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
5
In Mobile World Lab we
understand the modern world
complexities are very difficult to
simulate in a laboratory, so we
decided to take the lab in-situ
We also know that by putting the
products in real environments for
testing is very complex, so we have
worked to create effective
processes and efficient methods to
ensure the quality and consistency
of our tests and final results
Without the right partners, none of
this would be possible. The Mobile
World Lab is a consortium of
companies and institutions that
meet world-class capabilities and
experience to ensure that we offer
the best services in the market, at
a fair price
7. Mobile World Lab
In 2008, with the 22 @ Barcelona Urban Lab project, the 22 @ Barcelona’s district was
elevated as a place to test innovative solutions for companies wishing to implement in any
field tests. This project was intended to help companies that were developing innovative
projects that were in av pre-sales phase.
In 2013 borns the Mobile World Lab as an open laboratory in the field of mobility and Smart
City dedicated to test and validate services, devices and next generation networks in real
environments in the whole city of Barcelona.
The Mobile World Lab is an evolution of the Urban Lab, and allows to combine
efforts to continue it and attract international companies.
The Mobile World Lab offers companies the infrastructure of the city (streets, municipal
buildings, services, etc.), to carry out their tests.
