GR Reddy (Commonly Known as “GR”)

            G R Reddy – Founder and Managing Director of Husys Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (An organization focused on development of Human
            Resources Function for High Growth Organizations) has over Nineteen (19+) years of corporate experience in the area of Human
            Resources. Started his career with JK’s and was last Head of HR & Training for Intelligroup based at Hyderabad. . He has worked
            in different parts of India during his career. He has been the part of HR teams in Organizations of repute like Intelligroup Asia
            Limited (Head – HR & Training), Intergraph India Limited (Manager – HR), Satyam Enterprise Solution Limited (Manager – HR),
            Blue Dart Express Limited (Regional Manager – HR), J.K. Synthetics Limited (Management Trainee).

He is instrumental in helping and setting-up HR Department for more than 35 organizations in 10 different industries. He has also guided
large organizations like ISB, Maytas, and PCL in building the HR Processes and Practices. He helped 4 international organizations to setup
their operations in India as Build, Operate and Transfer model in Technology (US), IP Phony (Canada) & Micronutrients (UK) space. He has
conducted large number of training programs, Facilitation programs & Manager Education programs in various Organizations where he
covered more than 2500 employees across the Industry on various aspects of Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Performance
Management, Customer Care, Facilitation, Team Skills and Managerial Skill areas.

He is been a Guest Faculty at IIM-A for his path breaking innovation in the HR Function Management. HRFO (HR Function Outsourcing) a
