hand reader means that staff don’t have to
fill out a timesheet – it’s very easy to just
come in and clock in.”

allowed Margaret and Bruce to gain a better
insight into the business by analysing the
number of employees and what hours they
have worked along with a break down by
department. Looking ahead, “in the future
we are hoping to track results that will
enable us to compare each department
by the cost of goods to see where our
profitability lies and where we could do
better,” stated Margaret.
