SWOT ANALYSIS<br />Strength: Better respond time, Brand name, large data base.<br />Weakness: Internet infrastructure was not up to the mark.<br />The threat in future may arise primarily from vertical portals which provide job related services related one functional area and are more focused. <br />Opportunities: Rozee has to improve its search algorithms to make job matching more appropriate. This would help it to provide jobs to jobseekers that fit them most. <br />

Q.2: What course of action would you recommend the CEO of Rozee.com to venture into paid services.<br />He should organize job fair twice or thrice in a year.<br />They should provide online application opportunity.<br />Should give more and more opportunity for job seeker.<br />Should add company as much as possible so that job seeker can get more opportunity. <br />Should arrange event where job seekers can meet Pakistan’s best employers and interact to learn more about career opportunities.<br />
  5. 5. Q.3: What recommendations would you give to the CEO to address the various customer issues faced by Rozee. (such as customers opinion of only IT jobs listed in Rozee)<br />Should give high stander of service.<br />He shall keep in touch with costumers by phone, mail etc.<br />Should have huge collection of question that is generally asked by the employer, so that job seeker can get benefit of that.<br />It should be more user friendly. <br />
