The impact of the pandemic on digital has had two unexpected outcomes. First, it shifted the debate from how to prevent technology from isolating people, to how it could allow them to stay in touch.
But above all it has shown that we cannot compensate for inefficiency
and resistance to change with the illusion of unstoppable growth.
Only those who really believed in digital transformation and invested in technology and modernization have been able to face the uncertainties and difficulties of this moment.
