The prophets who submitted [to Allah] judged by itand light. The prophets who submitted [to Allah] judged by it for the Jews, as did the rabbis and scholars by that withfor the Jews, as did the rabbis and scholars by that with which they were entrusted of the Scripture of Allah, and theywhich they were entrusted of the Scripture of Allah, and they were witnesses thereto. So do not fear the people but fearwere witnesses thereto. So do not fear the people but fear Me, and do not exchange My verses for a small price. But whoever givestooth, and for wounds is legal retribution. But whoever gives [up his right as] charity, it is an expiation for him. And[up his right as] charity, it is an expiation for him. And let the People of the Gospel judge by what Allah has revealed therein. But whoever overlooks from his brother anything, then there should be a suitable follow-up and payment to him with good conduct. This is an alleviation from your Lord and a mercy. But whoever transgresses after that will have a painful punishment. And there is for you in (AL-QISAS) legal retribution [saving of] life, O you [people] of understanding, that you may become righteous.” (Qur’an: Baqarah : 2: 178)

Such shall be their degradation in this world; and athe land. Such shall be their degradation in this world; and a mighty chastisement lies in store for them in the World to Come,mighty chastisement lies in store for them in the World to Come, except for those who repent before you have overpowered them.   22. 22. “[As for] the thief (SAARIQAT), the male and the female, amputate their hands in recompense for what they committed as a deterrent [punishment] from Allah. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise. But whoever repents after his wrongdoing and reforms, indeed, Allah will turn to him in forgiveness. All Rights Reserved © Zhulkeflee Hj Ismail (2015)) SURAH AN-NISA’ “ Verily, Allah's acceptance of repentance relates only to those who do evil out of ignorance and then repent before their time runs out: and it is they unto whom Allah will turn again in His mercy - for Allah is all-knowing, wise; whereas repentance shall not be accepted from those who do evil deeds until their dying hour and then say, "Behold, I now repent"; nor from those who die as deniers of the truth: it is these for whom We have readied grievous suffering.” (Qur’an: An-Nisa’ : 4: 17-18)

But if the deceased was from a people at war with you and he was a believer - then [only] the freeing of a believing slave; … ” (Qur’an: An-Nisa’ : 4: 92)
