3. 3. What is acceleration ?<br />Acceleration means (( the process of speeding up )) .<br />
4. 4. Increasing speed<br />Whenever an object’s speed increasing , the object accelerates<br />
5. 5. Decreasing speed<br />Just an object can speed up , they can also slow down . <br />This change in speed is sometimes called ((DECELERATES )) , or (( NEGATIVE ACCELERATION)) .<br />

CHANGE DIRECTION<br />Even that object that is traveling at a constant speed can be acceleration .<br />Re call that acceleration can be change in direction as well as a change in speed .<br />Many objects continuously change direction without change speed . <br />For example : the seats on a Ferris wheel acceleration because they move in a circle .<br />
