Presented at 5th International Evidence Based Library and Information Practice (EBLIP5) Conference: Bridging the Gap Stockholm, Sweden, 2 July 2009.

This presentation proposes an organisational effectiveness model, evidence based shared leadership, that applies the theoretical frameworks of shared leadership, appreciative inquiry, and knowledge creation to reorganize personnel, reassign responsibilities, and measure outcomes of a technical services division.
