Go to startmnu all programswindowsphonedevelopertoolApplication deployment<br />
Choose either windows phone 7 device or windows phone emulator<br />And give xap folder file name and click deploy button<br />If you choose windowsphone4 device Use.xap file for your deployment in your windws phone7 enabled mobile phones only.<br />
