  2. 2. how to prepare universities to teach students how to become a good employee (how to succeed during an interview, how to be helpful, handy and appreciated at work etc.) PROBLEM

IDEAS • the most practical idea (one that could be easily implemented): analyzing during regular classes with students: job offers, their CVs, skills, needs... • the most disruptive idea (one that would make a huge impact, regardless of how feasible or affordable it is) big project: finding a job for every student (for summer) to help them find out how working looks like, how to communicate in corpo life and teach them during job labs with HR experts and other specialists how to behave at work, at interviews, how to develop skills, how to improve themselves
  4. 4. 1st prototype (for the most practical idea) analyzing during regular classes with students: job offers, their CVs, skills, needs
  5. 5. CLASSES CV’s analyzing Job offers reading & analyzing Preparing job interview scripts Role playing Inviting experts and specialist Creating a career plan Doing desk research job labs with external company motivation labs
  6. 6. Classes agenda 1. CV – how to write it to impress people? 2. JOB OFFERS- what is the most important? What to focus on? Where to look for? 3. JOB INTERVIEW SCRIPT & ROLE PLAYING – how does it look like? Try it! 4. EXPERTS & SPECIALISTS – questions & answers 5. Career plan – you should have one! or more 6. Desk research – find the info you need & benefit form it 7. Job labs and motivation labs – how to look for a job? How to stay motivated?
  7. 7. Insight from tested person: - Change sequence of subjects - More subjects – new ideas: visiting companies; create a web site about looking for a job; courses - Try learning by doing
  8. 8. 2nd prototype (for the most disruptive idea) finding a job for every student (for summer) to help them find out how working looks like, how to communicate in corpo life and teach them during job labs with HR experts and other specialists how to behave at work, at interviews, how to develop skills, how to improve themselves
  9. 9. I think that role –playing could be the best for this case but I don’t have a possibility to prepare it right now - sorry so I draw a simple picture which contains the situations I would like to show during role- playing
  10. 10. Insight from tested person - Having an opportunity to try to work in different companies, different industries - Changing a departmant every month to know better various areas
