The way we found information <ul><li>Most of the interviews were realized on the workplace : </li></ul><ul><li>- in farms near our houses as we live in rural areas, </li></ul><ul><li>- in our local factories (important industrial fabric in Rhone Alpes), </li></ul><ul><li>- in local shops, hospitals, townhalls ..; </li></ul>

  14. 14. The Difficulties to obtain the interviews <ul><li>Making sentences with the notes </li></ul><ul><li>No particular difficulties, people were pleased to talk about their job </li></ul>

Did people accept easily to talk about their job ? <ul><li>The persons interviews talked easily about : </li></ul><ul><li>The nature of their job, </li></ul><ul><li>The working conditions, </li></ul><ul><li>The diplomas and experience </li></ul><ul><li>The hardness of their work, </li></ul><ul><li>Their lack of diplomas, </li></ul><ul><li>Their likes and dislikes in the job, </li></ul>

  18. 18. <ul><li>Their bad conditions of work because they feared to get bad remarks from their boss. </li></ul>
  19. 19. General impression <ul><li>People were pleased to be asked for an interview and they gave us many advice : </li></ul>
  20. 20. <ul><li>- to get a good job you need to have diplomas, </li></ul><ul><li>-, </li></ul><ul><li>Do you agree ??? </li></ul>
