  1. 1. Fitter U Weight Loss Success Story A few days ago, I received a great email success story from one of my Fitter U clients. Sunil had just about completed the original 12-week Fitter U program and was about to embark upon the “sequel” – Fitter U Fitness – because of how much weight he had lost and because he just loved the workouts! Here’s what he wrote me… “Hi Yuri, I am sending this testimonial slightly on the early side as I am coming to the end of phase 3 week 3 but my wife and I are sitting on a timer We are expecting are first child and it could be anytime now so wanted to send this to you while I can. Here are a couple stats that have taken me by surprise: Before starting FitterU Weight : 95KGS Current weight : 83KGS
  2. 2. At the start of the program I was only able 5 push ups and struggling at that but recently did some and stopped at 35! So upper body strength has increased exponentially more then I could imagine. My fitness levels have been better then ever and have gained soo much confidence when working out that I can take away with me. Taking this program is a little bit like an addiction in a good way; having attained some great results under Yuris’ guidance I did not hesitate for a moment to carry on journey with FitterUFitness to achieve greater levels of fitness. I have some goals that I would like to attain by June 06 2010 before I turn 30! 1. Get down 70KGS which is correct weight for my height (Primary) 2. Being able to run 10K within 47 mins I am attaching a couple of photos so that you can see your work is bringing great results. One of them is from today and the other is from a trip to Kenya, Nairobi when I was still 95KGS.
