  3. 3. <ul><li>See sad movie</li></ul>You can not help yourself to crying when you see a sad movie. However ,you can comfort yourself it is just plots of the movie, not the real life , then you will feel more comfortable.<br />
  4. 4. <ul><li>Take some photos every day </li></ul>You can take photos of people and things around every day, such as trees outside the window, the roadside flowers, the neighbor kids and friends wedding. <br />
  5. 5. When you order photos from time to time, you will find all the details are wonderful memories, nothing to complain about, so people can easily become happy.<br />
  6. 6. Send E-mail to friends regularly<br />You’d better send E-mail to keep in touch with your friends, talking your recent life . It can not only help you to leave everything behind ,but also pick up indifferent friendship.<br />

Participate in group activities<br />Although being alone is one way of mood adjustment,do not be stingy with your rest time .Encourage yourself to take active part in group activities, such as mountain climbing, hiking, picnic, party and fan club.
