Profile
SFR, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vivendi, is France's second largest
wireless telecom operator, serving 20 million subscribers.
Business Situation
Investigation of brick-and-mortar store performance identified
deficiencies including:
– excessive new offering time-to-store due to paper-based processes
– high cost and time commitment for sales associate training
– large volume of unaddressed walk-in traffic
Solution
IntuiLab worked with SFR to digitize and format their product
information and sales associate training content. Multiple experiences
were then created to address self-service, assisted selling and employee
training
Current Deployment
– 800+ Android-based tablets in over 400 stores, making this the
largest known Android deployment by a retailer in the world.
– + deployment of 133 kiosks countrywide

The creation of a luxury shop-in-a-shop experience. Solution
components were developed for both self-service and assisted
promotion and selling.

350+ multi-touch kiosks deployed in over 25countries, making this the
largest known multi-touch solution deployment of its kind by a retailer.
