Indeveloping a proposed solution to a modern criminal and social justice issue,students are encouraged to use scholarly sources, multimedia, interviews withprofessionals in the field, and primary sources to identify and devise a workableplan.Within the proposed solution:a. Examine the relationship of social justice and the operations of the criminaljustice system, including, but not limited to: crime scene investigation techniquesand security; the collection, preservation and presentation of evidence; issuesrelated to correctional institutions, incarceration, and release.b. Analyze criminal and social justice theories in relation to the United StatesConstitution.c. Apply knowledge of socio-economic (cultural) diversity to contemporarycriminal and social justice.d.
