CitizenLab is a civic engagement software which helps cities make better informed decisions. Citizens post proposals, collaborate on them and vote to indicate their priorities. On the other hand, the city uses CitizenLab to consult the opinion of citizens that were hard to reach before (such as youngsters), increase its outreach and get insightful analytics on their local public participation.
