Standards for Excellence History <ul><li>1998: Maryland Association of Nonprofits Launched its own Standards Program </li></ul><ul><li>2001: Began replicating the project nationally </li></ul><ul><li>2004: Launch of the Standards for Excellence Institute </li></ul><ul><li>2005: Launch of National Standards certification program </li></ul>

Standards for Excellence in West Virginia <ul><li>The Hub is the only licensed Standards for Excellence provider in West Virginia. </li></ul><ul><li>The Hub provides the Standards for Excellence program though the Clinic Series Training </li></ul><ul><li>Standards for Excellence Institute provides a certification process for organizations that meet the standards. </li></ul>

Standards for Excellence Clinic Series <ul><li>Consists of two one day sessions a week apart. </li></ul><ul><li>Covers all eight guiding principles of the Standards Code. </li></ul><ul><li>Facilitated interaction follows each topic. </li></ul><ul><li>Includes extensive materials and examples to help your organization meet the Standards. </li></ul><ul><li>Each organization may have two people at each session. </li></ul>
