In the field of textile processing there was and will remain, a need for amino silicone emulsion to be made sufficiently stable to shearing forces in order to be stable even at very high “Dynamic Stress” of the textile treatment liquor, i.e. in order to maintain their fine distribution in the treatment liquor & consequently their efficiency (e.g. their build up on substrate) and in order to avoid silicone deposits caused by destabilization on the treated goods (which lead to the feared silicone the spots) & on parts of the assembly (which impair the treated goods by silicone-staining as well as the good working of the assembly & requires an uneconomic cleaning of the assembly). The emulsions are also very well suitable for wet finishing of cross-wound spools; also in this case the strong dynamic stress of the liquor which is forced from the inner of the spool outwards through the yarns of the dross-wound spool, has practically no negative effect on the finishing obtained therewith. The emulsion when added to the treatment liquors, are stable to the impurities, which may derive, e.g. in the form of residues, from the proceeding treatment of the substrates in particular anionic impurities, e.g. dyestuffs, optical brighteners, surfactants, enzymes etc.

  6. 6. • Applications:  High shear stable so can be applied on fabric using high turbulence machines such as JET, SOFT-FLOW, DOLLY Winches, Drum Washer, pressure vessel such as cheese dyeing equipment, beam dyeing, yarn dyeing etc.  Imparts excellent softness to all types of fabric substrates as knits, woven, terry towels, yarns, garments etc.  Durable finish.  Can be applied in the same bath with resin for durable press finishing.  The treated fabric is less yellowing & less hydrophobic than corresponding fabric treated with conventional amino functional silicone.  The treated fabric can be evenly re-dyed after appropriate scouring.  Tension free application due to “Oil Spot Free Elastomeric Emulsions.”

Retains the piles of the terry. Aquasil-TSP due to polymer modification it exhibits luxuriously smooth, greasy voluminous hand while retaining the fabrics water absorbency & whiteness properties. Suitable for shirting & knits fabric. Powersil-DHS: Hydrophilic softener combined with excellent handle(medium greasy / soapy & good drape / flexibility ) with a high and instant hydrophilicity & good non-yellowing performance. Excellent water retention properties .Powersil-EHS is a economical shear stable hydrophilic silicone especially for knits & cotton garments. Treated fabric exhibits soft slick handle.

Powersil-RSQ: It is a cationic micro emulsion of quarternary silicone designed to exhibit luxuriously soft & flexible hand feel to all types of cellulosic, regerated cellulosic & cellulosic blends of fabrics & garments, irrespective of composition & structure. Non yellowing & hydrophilic in nature. Powersil-SE/conc due to polymer modification it exhibits luxuriously smooth, greasy voluminous hand while retaining the fabrics water absorbency & whiteness properties. Suitable for shirting & knits fabric. Profinish-DT/conc: Profinish-DT/conc is a concentrated cationic polymer to enhance water retention of fabrics & hydrophilicity on terry towels along with Powersil-DHS.
