Coaching Development<br />Requirements<br />Recreational Coaches should have age appropriate levels for the age groups they coach as well as Fundamental Movement Skills and a first aid certificate.<br />Competitive Coaches must hold an OSA Advanced Certificates or Pre B Licences<br />Staff Coaches must hold a Provincial B Licence or higher<br />Certification<br />All Coaching Certification levels offered by the Ontario Soccer Association <br />including B Licence is paid by the Club<br />NSCAA or UEFA Licences are co-paid by the Club<br />Education<br />Course held 3 times a year with BWFC Coaching Instructors<br />OSA & NSCAA education programs<br />Extensive Coaching library<br />Video review program<br />Assessment<br />Coaches are assessed by the Technical Group<br />
