Who walks Facebook Usage And Penetration the Dog Facebook Total Penetration Change Users Population since October Estonia 317140 1340675 24% + 3.57% Latvia 224500 2266094 10% + 4.72% Lithuania 789360 3358115 24% + 0.35 % Latvia is still in the race to catch up on Facebook usage with the strongest growth in users in December. The number of users in Estonia has grown 24% in that period. In Latvia 41% and in Lithuania 13%.
