CCSP Response Letter 6.1.06

  1. 1. EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT COUNCIL ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ~~~~~~~ ~~~~~WASHINGTON, D.C. 20503 June 1, 2006 Christopher C. Homer, Esq. Competitive Enterprise Institute 1 001I Connecticut Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20036 Re: Freedom of Information Act request regarding CCCSTI and/or CCSP Dear Mr. Homer: This is a further response to your January 31, 2006 Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA") request received by the Council on Environmental Quality ("CEQ") on January 31, 2006 (fax). In our March 2, 2006 initial response we notified you of a scheduling issue in connection with the e-mail search required by your request. That search is to be conducted by the Office of Administration ("OA"), another office within the Executive Office of the President ("EOP"). We were originally informed by the OA that the email search would be conducted in April of 2006. We have now been informed that OA does not expect to begin that search until October at the earliest. We thank you for your cooperation throughout this process. Yours truly, Deputy General Counsel Freedom of Information Officer ru rri 63F. ..
