A Freedom of Information Act request was submitted to the Council on Environmental Quality for documents related to communications about the 2002 Climate Action Report. Staff at CEQ were asked to provide any relevant documents. One CEQ staff member asked if a letter that was sent after the FOIA request should still be provided. The request came from Greenpeace's Global Warming Campaign and seeks correspondence, memos, notes and records from CEQ and other agencies regarding discussions about the 2002 Climate Action Plan.
