In the investment world there a lot more hoops to jump through to see a deal close. The banks are requesting great credit,
reserves in your bank, and the ability to bring a down payment. Sometimes that can be difficult considering there down payments
can be 25-30%, they want you to show the ability to pay, but don't forget you must pay for your own appraisals, etc. Most
generally you would have to find an equity partner (which is not easy) or let the deal fall to the wayside. For those of you that are
real estate wholesalers, you are now required to bring money to the table for your first close. The banking world can be a nasty
