They only cost $30 and will save a lot of time and gas in showing your home. We require that tenants complete a full application and provide us with a copy of their driver’s license prior to viewing your home. In the event that you are an absentee landlord and do not have pictures of your home, we are happy to arrange for a local photographer to photograph your home. Additionally, we can hire someone to go to your home and place the lockbox on it. The cost for this service is $175 and includes the lockbox. </li></ul>
