Mangrove	forests	protect	coastal	communities	and	provide	habitat
Part	of	a	growing	permaculture	network,	this	organic	farm	is	
opening	a	roadside	juice	stand	and	making	Green	Maps!
Pinar	del	Rio’s	youth	shared	how	rural	communities	use	mapmaking
We	toured	biogas	&	coffee	production,	fields,	gardens	&	a	health	spa
At	the	end,	we	saw	a	few	changes	in	Havana	since	visiting	in	1998
