  9. 9. It’s both. Scary because it is unfamiliar. Exciting because that is the dance, the love, the music of collaboration.
  10. 10. Paradigms shift. Norms change. And, people get uptight.
  11. 11. People who bridge these types of interactions are wayfinders…

  22. 22. Many people believe that if they work within a standards-based framework, they will be unable to invent or innovate.

  26. 26. When it comes to making things, the duality between governance and creativity or governance and innovation is false. It’s a symbiotic and necessary relationship.
