Who’s the Best <ul><li>Best Buy is in the category of electronics and sells everything from Televisions, computers, and phones. </li></ul><ul><li>Their brands include Audio Versions, Five Star Appliances, Future Shop, Geek Squad just to name a few </li></ul><ul><li>They have operations in the United States, Canada, Europe, China, and Mexico </li></ul>

To accomplish this they will be looking at agency fees, cost of paper, cost of production and media rates. </li></ul><ul><ul><li>“ The goal is to help Best Buy to continue grabbing market share and sales.” </li></ul></ul><ul><li>As well as focusing on their new media budget that will include mobile. </li></ul>

They have marketed this by “calling-out” Wal-Mart out on the knowledge of their products. Through various of commercials called “True Stories.” </li></ul>

My Proposal <ul><li>I propose that Best Buy also include a live chat to help consumers with difficulties they might face </li></ul><ul><li>I also propose they have online input, this will help target more to the consumers as well as bring in other consumers that are doubtful about Best Buys products. </li></ul><ul><li>Another proposal is to really push social media through cell phones </li></ul>
